Every leader willingly submits to His authority, follows His voice, and seeks to build according to His design.

At The Dwelling Place, leadership is not built around hierarchy—it is built around healthy stewardship.

Every role exists to serve the same purpose: to help cultivate a dwelling place where the presence of God is honored, His people are formed into the likeness of Jesus, and His Kingdom advances through healthy spiritual family.

Each leadership role carries a distinct assignment, yet every role functions in relationship, mutual honor, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit.

We recognize that healthy leadership flows from Jesus, through faithful shepherds, into a healthy Body where every believer is equipped to live out their calling.

Vision Stewards of the House

Apostolic leadership seeks the Father's heart, faithfully stewards the vision of the house, protects the culture of His presence, and equips leaders to carry the mission forward. They lead through prayer, discernment, biblical teaching, spiritual formation, and faithful shepherding.

Jessica Satterfield

From a young age, Jessica carried an unusual hunger for God—a deep longing for His presence, His Word, and the reality of His power. Marked by early mornings in Scripture and prayer, she sensed from her teenage years that her life was set apart for ministry. Yet beneath the calling was a deeper cry: to know the God she encountered in Scripture and see His Kingdom made manifest on the earth.

In 2016, during a powerful move of the Holy Spirit, Jessica encountered God in a transformative way and was baptized in the Holy Spirit. That encounter awakened a deeper life of intimacy, surrender, and partnership with the Spirit and ignited a fire that continues to shape her ministry today. From that encounter came a lifelong pursuit of the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit—the tangible reality of God with us—and a desire to live and minister from His presence and power.

Jessica carries a revivalist and apostolic mantle to preach the Word with authority, minister in the power of the Holy Spirit, and contend for healing, freedom, and transformation. She carries a deep passion for the manifest presence of God, believing His presence is not an accessory to ministry but the very center of it. She longs to see the power of the Kingdom demonstrated through miracles, signs, and wonders—the sick healed, the bound set free, the broken restored, and lives radically transformed by encounters with Jesus.

As an apostolic mother, Jessica carries a grace to nurture, disciple, and mother spiritual sons and daughters, raising a generation that knows the Father and carries His fire. Her assignment is to cultivate a dwelling place for God’s presence and build a people who walk in intimacy, identity, authority, healing, and the power of the Holy Spirit. She is passionate about seeing people encounter God, be formed into the image of Jesus through discipleship, and become vessels who carry His presence into homes, churches, communities, and nations.

She burns to see a generation return to the Father, encounter the fire and glory of God, be healed and made whole, and become carriers of revival who take His presence wherever they go—living from His presence, ministering from His power, and carrying His glory wherever He sends them.

From a young age, Brandon carried a deep hunger for God and a sense that his life was set apart for His purposes. His Grandmother Steading, a devoted lover of Jesus and His Word, consistently spoke over his life that God had marked him to preach. What began as a prophetic seed became a lifelong pursuit of the presence of God, His Word, and His Kingdom.

Though his calling was evident early, it was through seasons of brokenness and restoration that Brandon encountered the relentless faithfulness of the Father and gave Him a wholehearted yes. That surrender became the foundation for his call to pastoral and apostolic leadership.

Brandon carries a strong apostolic and pastoral grace to preach the Word, cultivate the presence of God, and father and equip people into their identity, calling, and authority. At the heart of his ministry is a shepherd’s heart—to gather people into the fold, meet them where they are, and faithfully walk with them toward where the Father is leading them. Through discipleship, teaching, and spiritual fathering, he is passionate about seeing people restored, rooted, and formed into the image of Jesus.

His heart burns to see revival become more than an encounter—to see it become a culture carried by a people who know the Father, walk in intimacy with Him, and are continually transformed by the Holy Spirit. He believes discipleship is the pathway by which encounter becomes formation, formation becomes maturity, and mature sons and daughters become carriers of the Kingdom.

Today, Brandon carries an apostolic assignment to build a dwelling place for the presence of God, shepherd and raise spiritual sons and daughters, and equip a generation to carry revival, advance the Kingdom, and build what will outlive them.

They help preserve the unity, health, and biblical integrity of the house while caring for the people God has entrusted to us.
